Lowville Cheese Store & GotGoodCheese.com Sign Back on at the Adirondack International Speedway and the 2008 True Stock Division
NEW BREMEN (NY) The Adirondack International Speedway and The Lowville Cheese Store have announced that they will again be partnering up in support of the True Stock division in 2008 at the Lewis County asphalt racing facility.
With average car counts in the division doubling in 2007, the upcoming season in 2008 is expected to be even better. Much of the same came about for the Lowville Cheese Store and its community supported owners, the Lowville Producers Dairy Co-Op.
“Our Cheese Store gets quite a bit of business during the race season especially during the 6th Annual NASCAR Weekend, and we felt it was time to repay the favor to the Adirondack Speedway. We originally signed on in 2007 in what you might call an “experiment” for the company and it paid off beyond our expectations,” stated Lowville Producers President, Brian Tabolt.
On tap this coming season will be the 2nd Annual GotGoodCheese.Com 500, serving as a “Tribute to the North Country Dairy Industry”. Much like its first edition in 2007, the race promises to be an extra-distance race that will feature a popular $500 winners share, over double a regular night’s payout. The event was a outstanding success in ’07, with wheel-to-wheel racing throughout the entire 30-lap distance.
“We hope to bring on board several more new Co-Sponsors for the GotGoodCheese.Com 500, which will add to the excitement of the race hopefully drawing a few more cars from other tracks for that weekend. Our goal is to start a full field of 24 True Stocks that night,” added the companies General Manager, Kent Widrick.
Again this coming season the secondary support division, will be officially headlined with GotGoodCheese.com, the companies user-friendly website. Featuring gift baskets of New York Cheeses, Croghan Bologna, and the area’s best Lewis County Maple Syrup, you can place orders on the website, and have them shipped right to your door. The Lowville Cheese Store is owned by over 200 Dairy Farm Families and features over 55 varieties and flavors of New York State Cheese. They are located on Route 12 in the village of Lowville, land marked by New York States largest Dairy Cow, Lady LeWinDa Milkzalot. The Lowville Cheese Store can be reached at anytime at (315) 376-3921.
